The site
The programme was tight: seven months for the whole building, so production could start within the same year. The steel frame would be fabricated in the factory at the same time as earthworks and foundations on site, so the ground had to be ready on time.
02Our work
We carried out the project's earthworks, for the building, the car parks and the surroundings, so foundations could progress while the frame was being fabricated.

The project today
The building is a single open production space, so the line can be rearranged, with a separate storage and loading zone. It was completed in 2026, in seven months.
