The site
The plot was farmland at the edge of town, with no access, no networks and no prepared ground. Before any building, the ground had to be shaped from scratch for a busy store with large car parks and daily truck deliveries.

We carried out the project's earthworks: site grading for the building, the car parks and the new road access.
