The site
The handover date was set by the client's retail calendar: the store had to open in a specific season, and the whole project had one year. On such a programme, earthworks are the first phase and every day of delay carries into everything that follows.
02Our work
We carried out the project's earthworks, so foundations on site could progress in parallel with fabrication of the steel frame in the factory.
