The site
This was not an empty plot. The existing building stayed in place and a new wing was added next to it. The ground required deep excavation for the perimeter retaining walls before any reinforcement went in, all next to an existing building.
02Our work
We carried out the excavation for the new wing and the retaining walls, as well as the earthworks for the road connection and the car parks.
