The site
The facility houses production, packing and distribution under one roof, with loading docks, a large yard for truck movements and car parks. Space also had to be left on the plot for future expansion.

The project today
The facility has an office building with a glass curtain wall, loading docks at the rear and solar panels on the roof. Open space has been left on the plot for future expansion of production. The facility was completed in 2026.
